U.S. Staffing Adjusting Services is searching for qualified adjusters in several fields of adjusting. For consideration, each participant must take and pass a four part Assessment Exam covering the essential areas of claims handling. Assessments are held at the US Staffing Education and Training Facility located at 3109 Skyway Circle North, Irving, TX 75038.

• You can register for an assessment test online by going to REGISTER ONLINE and clicking either “Property Adjuster Assessment” or for Auto “Auto Adjuster Assessment.” You must register to reserve your seat for your assessment.

In addition to passing our Assessment exams, the following is required of each candidate for placement on the US Staffing roster:

• Valid Adjusters License
• Skills: Communication, Workflow Organization, Technical, Computer
• Accreditations and Certifications preferred
• Must possess necessary tools: ladder, laptop, measuring device, cellular telephone, etc.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Dependable Vehicle (minimum automobile liability limits of 100/300/100)
• Acceptable results on pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check
• Knowledge of property software programs such as Xactimate and or MSB
• Knowledge of automobile software programs such as CCC Pathways and or Mitchell
• Able to travel long distances and fulfill deployment requirements
